I just want to point out that we had great experiences at your dealership since our whole family including myself have purchased cars here. I especially want to point out that Jessica Konai was super helpful and very customer friendly. She helped us to navigate through the sales process and we were very satisfied. You guys should be lucky to have a such great employee. RC was also very straight forward and was willing to negotiate reasonably. Mike at finance is super helpful and friendly. He is very fast and knowledgeable person. Over all great experience. Thanks a lot and pleasure doing business with you.

I had a great sales experience overall. Jessica, Adela and Mike were very professional and knowledgeable regarding questions I had about the vehicle and throughout the sales process. I ended up ordering a new vehicle as what I wanted wasn’t available in stock. The vehicle was as I ordered it and was well detailed on pickup. Adela went over the various features and answered any questions that I had. Price was great through the Costco auto program and simplified the sales process. I will be going to Timmons for any future Subaru purchases and I highly recommend them for your Subaru purchase.

I had a fantastic experience working with this dealership on the purchase of my new 2024 Crosstrek. Brad was truly a pleasure to work with and would recommend him to anyone in the market for a car. My girlfriend and I had the best experience with Courtney Genova. Consider yourself blessed if she’s the one who follows up on your online inquiry! I went in to Timmons initially to talk pricing on a 2024 Crosstrek Premium and get an offer on a trade. Their offer came lower than I wanted and the Premium OTD was out of my price range. Courtney did not at any point pressure me to make a decision. She was so easy going and provided me the information I asked for. I absolutely did not have to pull teeth for an OTD. I left Timmons with the plan to sell/trade my car elsewhere and a desire to shop around for a Premium. Part of me would call me going elsewhere a mistake, however, it all led me back to Courtney. So it happened as it should have! I went to Ocean Subaru to test drive a Premium. I had to sit through the spiel of the pushiest sales rep and managers. It was awful and it was hard to leave. They wouldn’t give me an OTD and wanted me to drive home that day with a car that was out of my budget and in a color I didn’t like. This caused me to go running back to Courtney Genova!!! Believe me when I tell you I SPRINTED back to Timmons just to work with Courtney. I met with Courtney and she gave me the numbers I needed for a base trim 2024 Crosstrek. The car was in my budget and I was able to order the color I wanted (she did not insult my color preference unlike the guys at Ocean). It was just sooo easy. Who knew it could be so easy to get pricing without contentious back and forth? We put the order in for my Crosstrek and Courtney kept me updated throughout the waiting period. She also made it clear I could reach out if I had any concerns or questions. Our Crosstrek came early and my girlfriend and I showed up to complete the purchase. Courtney’s manager was perfect because he wasn’t pushy at all and immediately accepted when we declined Karr guard plus and an extended warranty. Finance manager (Miles Custer) was also great compared to my previous experiences with car buying. He did try to push some extra warranties but that’s to be expected. He was so helpful in talking to our bank when they declined our attempts to pay the down payment. He was able to figure it out for us so we could complete the purchase that day. Overall, a 10/10 experience with Timmons Subaru. Work with Courtney Genova if you want a painless, straightforward, and easy car buying experience.

Even with a high credit score, I had an awful experience with this Subaru dealership. Despite negotiating the price on paper, they conveniently changed it within a few days. It's disheartening that they can't stick to their agreements, and it left me feeling deceived and frustrated. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone, regardless of their credit score. It's worth noting that I purchased a WRX from an Orange County dealer instead.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!! The worst customer service. I prepaid and ordered a Crosstrek as they had none in stock and were backordered. I was told it would arrive in March. I advised the salesmen I would be leaving for a wedding trip abroad that would turn into a longer vacation. I was told I would be notified a few weeks before the car arrived and that we could handle paperwork via DocuSign should delivery be delayed as the car was for my mother. Car didn't arrive when promised. I was at the airport leaving for Mexico City when the sales mamager Peter V. called and said I'd have to come in to do paperwork. I explained I was out of country and that the original salesman said DocuSign or paperwork could be delivered to me since the beginning. I was told the car could only be held until the next weekend so I booked a last minute flight for nearly $1000 the very next week. The said they could hold the car until Sunday. I advised them my flight would arrive last Friday night and I would be there Saturday to sign for the car. I attend the wedding but cut my vacation short to come sign the paperwork. I advised them Friday as I head for my flight and Saturday morning. No response to any of my texts. I arrive at the dealership to be told by sales manager Peter V. that my car had been sold to another customer.. a car I had custom ordered and waited 5 months for. The car they told me I had to fly back to sign in person for. The car I just wasted the last 60% of my vacation for. I was told general manager Rocky had made the decision and there was nothing that could be done. I was told they would reorder the same car and I'd have to wait again but offered me a discount. I was told that it just had to be approved by this Rocky guy and that I'd be contacted the following week. No one ever called and I reached out a few times to just get the run around how the general manager wasn't around to approve the discount. I was like pulling teeth to just get my deposit back. I had to threaten taking them to court.

I recently purchased an Outback from Timmons, and the whole buying experience was one I would definitely recommend if you are at all thinking about getting a new car! Jessica was my salesperson, and she was incredible. She gave me by far the best deal of any dealership I contacted in Southern California, and she made the whole process honestly so smooth and easy. I am super happy with my car, the buying experience, and everything else! Love my new Outback! Thanks, Timmons!
